Guard Gated Community | 612 home sites

Fairbanks Ranch is one of the largest guard gated communities in Rancho Santa Fe. It consists of 612 custom built estates on 1,240 acres. Originally developed by screen idols, Douglass Fairbanks and Mary Pickford, it was developer Ray Watt who subdivided the land and started selling sites in 1981. Today, vacant lots are upwards of $1 million and home prices range from $2 million and up. A wide array of architectural styles surrounds 75 acres of park-like grounds, walking trails and two sparkling lakes. A shore side clubhouse, 5 tennis courts, community library, 17-acre equestrian center and a 27 stall barn are just a few of community features.

Fairbanks Ranch provides access to schools such as: Solana Santa Fe Elementary School, Earl Warren Middle School, Torrey Pines High School, San Dieguito Academy and Canyon Crest Academy.
