Created by a core group of highly experienced luxury agents from the Central Coast to San Diego, the division brings exceptional listings to the attention of an elite global audience by leveraging the company’s luxury connections and alliances, highly collaborative agent network, proprietary contact lists and powerful marketing resources.

To qualify for Luxury Properties representation, a listing must meet price criteria established specifically for its area. All criteria are reviewed annually to ensure they accurately reflect the market. The division is currently representing approximately 500 listings.

Our luxury program is radically different from others, said company President and CEO David M. Cabot. It was created by luxury agents for luxury agents, and will continue to evolve based on the needs of our clients. Our professionals do a great deal of business in Southern California’s most exclusive communities, and they’ve forged strong relationships across the entire region, both inside and outside our company. The Luxury Properties Division allows them to draw on those connections even more effectively to bring buyers and sellers of exceptional real estate together.

The Luxury Properties Division is highly collaborative, with members calling on each other’s skills, experience and connections to price, market and locate potential buyers for their listings. A dedicated support division conducts ongoing research in the luxury market and conveys critical information to agents.
